Winnellie Hydraulics can repair all major brands of vehicle jack including, but not limited to, EDMO, Scorpion, Durapac and Enerpac. Winnellie Hydraulics has a fully equipped workshop, located close to all major freight and shipping operations in Darwin, NT which makes us the service provider of choice for many of the Mining and O&G majors located in Northern Australia.
Winnellie Hydraulics is regularly called upon to service, maintain and repair vehicle lifting jacks such as the EDMO LL10A – LL10AL Lift ‘n’ Lock and EDMO LPDT55/25 is a low line jacks for multiple Mining customers.
For the benefit our customers, Winnellie Hydraulics conducts a full strip and inspection of the jack and then provides a detailed report to the client. Once the repair work been approved, we conduct a full rebuild and function test of the jack prior to sending back to site.
Repairs of this nature have previously carried out interstate, which added cost to our client and takes excessive amounts of valuable time. We have previously reduced our client’s cost by over 25%. Even better – the time saving was nearly 5 months. This meant our client now requires fewer vehicle jacks in their fleet as they no longer need to plan for contingency whilst jacks are off site for repair.
